I have YET to return to the gym to do serious weights again since 1996. But usually the few times I do make it to the gym, I go for the cardio (liferower, stairmaster, lifecycle, treadmill). But this is how my program concentration was back then.
All circuits done in sets (reps) of 3 except dips. Work on
[a] routines for chest or [b] routines for arms every other day,
never two types on consective days, nor [a] & [b] on the same
day (is this sounding like a math problem?). On a good week
(not too often lately) I do [b] Mon, Wed, Fri ; and [a] Tues, Thurs.
Warmup:Cycle 10 min.
Additional Floor Exercises: Warm-up Stretches, 45 Sit-ups
