Hot Toddy

by Orlando C. Fernando

October 22, 1998

This is a simple yet enjoyable alcoholic beverage passed down from my good mom. A real belly warmer coming out from the biting cold wintry outdoors, especially when you have a cold.

INGREDIENTS:
kettle of 1 cup hot water
2 spoons of lemon juice
2 spoons of Jamaican rum
2 spoons of honey
dash of cinnamon (optional)

PUTTING IT ALL TOGETHER:

Pour the hot water into a cup, then simply add all the ingredients in any order. Stir it up. Let cool for a little, but not too long. Enjoy!
