Yogurt Rum Cocktail

This simple tangy yet nutritious dessert concoction makes a delightful ending to a good meal with your friends or a nice night snack while reading your favorite book.

 

INGREDIENTS:
1 cup vanilla flavored yogurt
1 or 2 spoons of Jamaican rum
chopped strawberries
blueberries
seedless grapes
chopped banana slices (optional)

PUTTING IT ALL TOGETHER:

(Be sure not to get plain yogurt, otherwise you'll have to add some degree of sugar to it. Trust me, stick with vanilla!) Pour the yogurt into a dessert bowl and add in the rum. Mix with a spoon to soften it up. Add all the fruit in any order. For those underage, it is just as enjoyable (without the "kick", but nevertheless) without the rum. Enjoy!

...And if anyone experiments with adding kiwi, please let me know how it tastes! :D
