  Developed and maintained Xerox.com web pages using Internet tools including Homesite, Dreamweaver, Visual Basic for Word, XML, XMLSpy, XSL, server-side JavaScript, and HTML.
 
  • Designed, prototyped, tested and implemented customer support pages: "Drivers and Downloads" and "Where to Buy" for Xerox product purchases.
  • Collaborated with developers of product pages to ascertain variables to be transferred to Shopping Cart page during customer selection activity. Created prototype of Shopping Cart page using Homesite, and used XMLSpy to validate XSL errors.

  • Provided access to feature enhancement reports by designing and implementing a web page which dynamically displayed these links via CGI-PERL scripts. Simplified page updates by linking page to an FTP directory which resulted in automatic updates.
